10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Live To Ride Unipessoal LDA within 48 hours after delivery, whenever possible with photographic evidence.

In such cases, replacement or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation.


11. International Orders

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
